Alright right now it’s 30 min shadowboxing/30 min heavy bag/30 min skipping rope/30 min agility ladder I pretty much eat anything but not as much since I dropped my meds
 
bro i dont wanna be rude, we were all beginners once but youre telling me that you wholeheartedly believe that 30min of light cardio and not changing your diet is gonna make you lose weight? deadass if ur serious about a cut u have to get kinda autistic abt nutrition and exercising and shi

man if u dont see results your either not tracking cals to a good deficit and or not doing enough cardio not rocket science

I jsut got back from the gym (1h) all you need really. Sweat like a mad man. If ur not going hard it won't do anything. 10 mins sprinting on treadmill, shadow boxing & did back today for weights. I'm telling you I lid like a litre of water in the gym. And I had 1 meal and a half do far. U can't just eat wharwv u want u gotta cut out the junk at least in the beginning

Diet is the main thing thats gonna affect your weight lmao, tuff for beginners to lock in on diet but dont waste ur time shadowboxing (stupid form of cardio) for 30 minutes if your going to “eat anything”

Its a good way to burn and activate all ur muscles but yes without the discipline on food intake and what it is they'll remain a lard ass

Especially some genetics once u hit 30 ur metabolism slows way down
 
If you genuinely want to lose weight you need to burn at least 200 cal x 5 days a week. Count your calories and create calorie deficit.
