I jsut got back from the gym (1h) all you need really. Sweat like a mad man. If ur not going hard it won't do anything. 10 mins sprinting on treadmill, shadow boxing & did back today for weights. I'm telling you I lid like a litre of water in the gym. And I had 1 meal and a half do far. U can't just eat wharwv u want u gotta cut out the junk at least in the beginningU pretty much eat anything.![]()
