haven't been sleeping well recently

can't sleep. even when im tired i lie awake. tried not bieng on the screen two hours before bed, going to bed early but i still don't fall asleep till like two or one am which sucks cus i have to get up at 6:45 everyday for work. any advice?

It depends on your daily habits (like how active you are during the day and such) , for how long has it been like this?

i get 10k steps a day. its been like this for a week so not a long time

Have you tried warmer light like red and dark orange lights ? Weiggted blanket ?

The way you describe it, it seems like it's stress related so try to up your magnesium intake

Is it possible that you're overtraining? It could be stress related, your mental health can also largely affect your sleep
