what exactly do you mean by healthier and looking better?
without redness/puffiness and also a kinda glow to your eyes (basically brighter eyes)

puffiness is either from lack of sleep or dehydration, increase water intake and your mineral intake a little bit to compensate for the increased water intake (potassium, sodium, etc.) redness in the eyes is from lack of sleep or from irritation, refrain from rubbing your eyes, using bright screens in dark environments for prolonged periods, reduce screen time or use blue light glasses.
by glow in the eyes I assume you mean the reflectivity of your eyes, for that there's not much I can think of that you can do, maybe get some eyedrops to help in moisturizing your eyes which might also help with the redness.

its a "simulation", this isn't the real reality

i woke up with my eyes shaking about several mm apart at the apex of each spacing, might of been a sine wave pattern but the shake was too rapid to tell, the period of each shake was about 10 hz or more, very rapid shakes. Its not real its an illusion
