How do I get my shoulders to pop out?
What exercises do you guys do?
Is training them twice a week enough?
I do 4 exercises with 3 sets each every workout.

Dont they build the back of the shoulders?
I need 3d shoulders like shlak. Mine are just flat.

you do exercises for back, front, mid delts to grow them big bro

Can you tell me what exercies you do?
I usually do military press, overhead press, side raises and front raises.
 
theres a lot of mixed delt exercises with dumbbels i do but i cant find pics of them online so i didnt mention them
do you train traps? kinda ruins the wide clavicle look imo
