Hang on to something so high to the point where you're feet can't touch and just relax your spine without clinching it. Overtime it will completely stretch your back to its max potential, giving you a taller appearance. Also SLEEP, a full 8 hours or more. Since your body is growing rapidly, it needs time to rest. Also eat healthy foods and take your vitamins. Genetics play a role but in order to maximize your growth, you have to go through these steps.
