I'm turning 20 this year and I've grown from 177cm to 178cm in the past 6 months or so. My mother is 160cm, but my dad is 196cm. I've been focused on eating enough and getting zinc and adequate sleep for some time now. My question is if anyone thinks it is just incredibly unlucky to turn out less than 180cm in a circumstance like this, or if there are signs to look for in the rare case that I am an extremely late bloomer. I really started getting puberty related hair growth like armpit hair pretty late into my teens so that gives some hope, but I'm starting to accept I'm staying sub 180cm.

Anything helps, thanks.

178 isn't even bad you can literally reach 6'1 with 3 inch height boosters

8mg erda 25iu hgh 80mcg abalo
Do you personally have experience with any of those? And how long of a timeframe do you fit this stack in? I still have to get an x-ray of my wrist to even know if this would work so I'm weighing my options and researching sides.

Hey, I grew about 2.25 inches last year, at 25 yo.
I did these: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=7O5ITJsijfo
Plus hyperextension stretching at least once a week.

I genuinely pray i get deep enough into ts so that i could understand what all of these are and wjat all the measurements mean ✌️💔
mg = milligrams, iu = international units, mcg = micrograms
erda(fitinib) = prostate cancer medicine, hgh = human growth hormone, abalo(paratide) = osteoporosis medicine
