What to do about US october 22nd customs policy?

Alr so I'm based in the US and I wanted to order some AI's and ancillaries from indiamart, but I just found out that starting october 22nd US customs are just gonna make it hard asf to import pharmaceuticals without formal clearance. So my question is for those in the US, are we just fucked? And is it too late to just do a bulk order right now and hope it gets here before the 22nd?
