Ok here are my FULL THOUGHTS. Main issue is that I think the doses and combination are too aggressive.
High HGH and MK-677 levels can overstimulate growth signals and risks speeding up bone maturation or causing blood sugar and joint problems.
Remove abaloparatide entirely. Rat studies linked it direcrly to osteosarcoma (bone cancer) and doesn't add meaningful benefit for height in this setup.
Letrozole at 2.5 mg is also quite strong and can give you low libido (uhh erectile dysfunction) and joint pain. Tirzepatide is fine for getting lean but you need to avoid calorie deficits that could slow growth.
IN CONCLUSION, drop abaloparatide and lower the other doses significantly (maybe 1.33-2mg a HGH daily and normal MK-677 amounts).
Also stop using milligrams, International Units are way better
TL;DR
No abaloparatide (bone cancer risk in studies).
Lower doses hard: HGH to 4-6 IU (~1.33-2 mg), MK-677 to 10-25 mg, letrozole lower than 2.5 mg
