Sometimes genes skip a generation (if you deny this you are a liberal pussy) and you can be tall even if your parents are short. Its never over though one of my boys went from like 5'3 to 5'11 over covid

nah dude it just depends if youre dad was a late bloomer at my grandmas you can see the growth of my dad on the wall and he was 5'4 at 15 and now he is 6ft you can still get some growing
