And how do I get that
if you were actually serious about optimizing your height you would have already done hours of research like I did

I actually did do some research (this is an important year for me in high school so I cannot do hours of research) and found that some people said that stretching is cope while others said it works

If it is not hard to find information about this topic then why did it take you hours to do so? And wouldn't you be more obliged if someone actually guided you telling all the pros and cons and stuff? I actually feel the same way

I didnt directly ask for someone to help me at first, I got into all of this because I saw some 30 year old roidcel talk about hgh on some tiktok comment section

If you are a girl then you are probably good but if a guy then you should consider taking supplements like vitamin d3 + k2
I feel like I've dodged a bullet been born a girl. There are a lot of guides on org about heightmaxxing, if you're considering getting HGH talk to your doctor about it and they'll probably prescribe it to you. My doctor wouldn't prescribe it to me, and some people recommended I get it under the counter, but I'm not so sure about that.

this is bluepilled cope, never trust a doctor, they are the same ones telling you that eating oils and microplastics is completely healthy.

Because that is what has been proven epidemiologically. I don't necessarily agree but the oils shouldn't be overconsumed either

probably nothing you can access as a regular person, but you can read literature which says the main components contributing tothe bone matrix, and possibly longitudinal lengthening: insulinlike growth factors I and II, transforming growth factor-beta, acidic and basic fibroblast growth factor, platelet-derived growth factor, and bone morphogenetic proteins. You can also learn more about mechanotransduction which may add a cm or two to final adult height optimistically. If you go through the hgh route you need to blast or dont do it at all. You would literally need to mimic ppl with actual acromegaly to have noticeable effects, not your olympic 4 iu dose

tbh tho it'd be better if you just stop dwelling on height, most of looksmaxxing or ascensions are fake or puberty or surgery. LL or over
