unless you have a crazy growth spurt probably not .Or maybe you get the height genetics of another family member/

bro being generally active is cope just do things that boost hgh/igf 1, like for example do a 1 day fast every week, do sprints, eat high sugar to spike igf 1. i suppose jogging could cause microfractures in the leg but also increases cortisol so dont over do it, also u could do dead hangs and supplement msm for spine health

which part i just generally listed things that will increase height, like for example increasing the hormones HGH(human growth hormone) and IGF 1(insulin growth factor 1) within the body along with the mechanical height methods that i mentioned should maximise your potential

You could supplement zinc, Vitamin D+K2 if you are deficient. Get sufficient calories and exercise

dont workout it will stunt growth. eat nutrient rich diet with raw milk and raw organs, sleep alot, take hgh or peptides
