Hello I’m 18 and want to know if my growth plates are still open I grew 2month ago 2 cm
And since then it slowed down to only 0,5 cm (without x ray)

the might still be open I would take an aromatase inhibitor like anastrozole to keep them open for a long as possible.

just use one of those machines they used in the old days that stretch you out and you will grow

You cant tell if your growth plates are open from bloodwork but your testosterone is very low and your insulin is high suggesting insulin resistance. Are you overweight or on any medication?
bmi is 23
 
Do you have chronic sleep deprivation, sleep apnea, high stress, do you overtrain, are you undereating, had a recent illness, or use alcohol/cannabis.
If I was sleep deprived igf wouldn’t be 360
Cortisol is also only 7,3 no alcohol and drugs bmi is 23
