my face shape is either oval or diamond but i need to do some research abt it
and i need todo something about my body, like im super weak
and how do i get hollow cheeks?

U get hallow cheeks when u are around 12% bodyfat
if you want a stronger body u should lift weights

For working out just make sure your progressively overloading and training to failure but also listen to your body! I recommend Alpha Destiny, Team 3d alpha and Athlean X on youtube and definitely start calisthenics with sprinting. Get enough protein , Drink lots of Water and research training splits and nutrition.

As other guy has said, you need to get to a low bf%, however, I do have to say that not everyone can get hollow cheeks if they don't have the bones for it. Buccal fat removal can give some tho ig.

true, hollows do halo. But if only if u have shallow canine fossa or insane bonemass and deep canine fossa will they actually appear. Not many people can achieve it. Or u can go the true starvemaxx route and achieve em by your skin legit just pressing against ur bone. Hollows are the only thing saving my subhuman ass

I have very low hollow cheeks not close prominent an I'm lean its about bone sturcure also and some genetic

Body fat % plays a huge part in your facial leanness and getting hollow cheeks. As far as working out, if you are weak, you need to bulk up. Eat more food / progressive overload in the gym.
