Hello everyone, im new to the forum!
I have been complexed about my looks since i was born, i have suffered in my own skin what having bad looks does to you in social environments.
Im looking to improve myself, i have met people who done looksmaxxing and had good results, and im trying to do the same, but i dont know how to start, or even where i have to start.

For context i already had gone to the gym for some months (i stopped going some months ago because of my finals on my university) but i plan to go back to the gym this year. I did some acne treatment too some months ago, but thats about it.

Where i can start? How i should do it?

Probably debloat, and if you feel like you want to probably cycle peptides

How can i debloat? And what are peptides? I really dont know a thing about this
Well the bloating around your face is primarily from bad diet or your physique, you can debloat by eating bananas (don’t eat too much) or by powders (could be cope) by mainly by consuming a healthy amount of water.

Im a bit overweight right now, this could be it, since i stopped going to the gym i gained almost 7kg, since i lost muscle mass i prob gained even more than 7kg of fat. But in terms of diet i consume healthy food, i dont usually eat much of junk food or any high calorie type of ultra processes food, but i tend to eat a lot to cope with mental health

I hope so, many of my mental health issues have roots on how i see my self so i really hope i can have some improvement by doing the right things
