I have shit skin I don’t know shit about my sleep I’m just trying to get like 7 hours a day
I don’t have bones and my eyes are horrifying pls help me what can I improve

hltn use caffeine solution to hide your eyebags. You should also clear your acne and use topical castor oil or minoxidil on your eyebrows and lashes. You could also grow out your hair and get a leaner face. Also have a meat-based diet and start pinning ig

Your facial features are good, only your body and neck are weak. Eat a protein rich diet, go to the gym, and do neck exercises you need to gain muscle while burning fat. If you only lose weight, you'll look skinny. Getting 7 hours of sleep is good, but quality is more important. Make sure your room is dark while you sleep and go to bed at the same time every day. Avoid consuming too much salt, and wash your face with cold water or apply ice in the mornings. It's not too bad for your skin, just cut out sugar and processed fats and thicken your eyebrows too

My advice (protein exercise sleep and skincare) isn't just about facial bones it's about overall body health, hormonal balance, and maintaining a fresh appearance. Widening the upper jaw doesn't increase muscle mass or improve skin quality these are complementary processes

grow hair long
eat animal based
and chill
