And a avocado veggie salad type

Solution
Thank you, is that all the food i shouldnt eat? can u dumb some of them down
Nuts, seeds etc basically are parts of the plants that don’t want to be eaten so they have things such as anti nurtients that basically prevent your nutrients from being absorbed and used properly. Anything that you can think of being a grain product or grain derived generally contains them. Also I know this isn’t really dumbing it down because I’m used to explaining things in detail, but you can search up ā€œwhat foods are high in starchesā€,ā€what foods are high in polyunsaturated fatā€ simply. Also fiber regulation is important, fiber is overrated. Soluble fiber is the most best form of fiber since it dosen’t irritate the gut, greatly limit insoluble fiber...

ask ChatGPT for a Ray Peat inspired dietary plan for your calorie amount.

eating is pretty simple, avoid nuts, seeds, grains and legumes. Avoid starches, polyunsaturated fats and HFCS. Dont be afraid of carbs, ideally get carbs from fruits, fruit juices and even Mexican or European Coca Cola is good. Fuck plant protein of course, saturated fat>any other fat. That’s it and it’s more simple than said, follow the works of Ray Peat to know more.
My peat guide on debloat also has a few paragraphs on peaty diet
