i am 15 5'3 my dad is six foot mom is 5'5 i have gone to the doctor they said i will just have a late puberty bone growth 1.5 years behind but I will catch up they put me out to be 5 10 +-1 and I dont want to risk being shorter than that. I get good sleep but I eat like shit and I excercise like playing basketball but I dont workout and i think im in the main part of my puberty and im just fucking it up could i get tips on a good diet im a bit underweight 110 5'3

I'm not a nutritionist but I think as long as you get all nutrients in you should be fine so just eat a ton of clean food and for your cravings just the goyslop too? Also focus on posture may gave you an inch or two in the long run
