hello, great to have you here. yes, track your calories to get a gauge of what your caloric maintenance is. once you have a number, eat a couple hundred calories over it, but make sure it’s only 200-400. good luck

Yea u right, just throw some Alfredo sauce in there for the carbs and grilled chicken strips on top and ur good
