i lowk dont know shit bout hairmaxxing and only dyed it once cuz of grey hairs, i'd say try keratin hair masks n shit that shit goated and just softly comb ur hair dont press the fucking scalp another thing i looked into is scalp massages (might be cope idk but works for stresscels like me)
above ur ears with ur hand start fucking moving ur scalp 20 secs until the whole shit gets loose, if ur tight ofc
