On looksmaxx.org, I asked my friend to post me,I got 2 ratings so far, ltn and subhuman. Now I'm only 15, and pretty fat, my doctor says at the end of puberty i should be around 6'2. Is there any chance I could possibly even get to htn or even mtn?

just maximize growth, sleep 8h+ not 7 or 7 and a half you need 8h+, eat lots of fatty meat, eat fruits and milk, i would recomend to take supplemts like creatin ashwaganda d3+k2 multivitamin omega-3, drink 3liters of water at least. do sports like sprinting 2-3 times a week, focus on tounge posture and chewing habits, chew gum like once a day,

It's cope, if you don't know your stuff just don't answer. Solutions and shit don't matter
i just genuinly wanna help people, and to my knowledge what i said is a healthy option, ofc if u eat a good diet you wouldnt need any supplements but im not expecting that from a 14 year old

it helped me a lot, in comparison i did both sprints and long distance running for a longer time, and i think sprinting mogs, i do other forms of cardio now though, i just dont find running enjoyeble

but imma be honest yea ive started sprinting bc of them, kept doing it though
