I am on my weight loss journey, and i cant seem ro lose weight any further, my weight is staying in between 99 kgs to 100.7 kgs.
I am at 5'11 height, doing daily 10k-12k steps in the evening (total 17k steps a day) then weight training for atleast 1 hour. i am also taking 100-150 gm protein everyday, through whey protien, eggs, cottage cheese, milk, yoghurt.
i cant figure it out how do i break this plateau?
