Discussion HELP! mewing is causing jaw clicking and asymmtery

Note: I was sleeping on my side last night instead of my back and it made one side of my face asymmyerical and this carried over to my side profile. The side that looks better/ longer keeps changed constantly and it is bothering me.

I see no difference both sides seem okay, if sleeping on your side is an exception and you're mewing properly it should fix soon

As a dental student, i can say that this is not normal, and was probably not caused by mewing, go into an ortho asap
