how to fix TMJ? I had some sort of thing when I was, younger and I don't know if it is specifically TMJ disorder that over-time developed,or just anything but I can currently "crack' the left side of my jaw with out using hands, but I cannot commit this same specified action with my right side and I believe this is greatly contributing to my masseter slight assymettry

which muscle specifically also mewing can help

which muscle specifically
its your masseter muscle, i worded it retartedly but its just the part Infront of your ear

just massage it with your pointer and middle finger softly in circles for like a minute

In my case this was caused by weakened muscles and sleeping on one side instead of sleeping on my back.

Eat lots of protein, like hundreds of grams of protein per day. take some collagen and biotin gummies or preferably eat tons of something that naturally like chicken thighs. Do some cardio regularly to increase your metabolism and force your body to digest the protein more efficiently and more quickly.

Let the muscle settle down and regenerate properly for a few months to a year. Then after you’ve strengthened and healed jaw muscles, chew some gum or something tough to promote symmetry

I used to have asymmetrical jaw muscles and teeth and it can be fixed over time. Now it’s perfectly symmetrical. I can’t “crack” either side now, but I used to have cracking in one side that was messed up with how the muscles connected to the bone
