Hi guys, I have a very compact midface, idk if it’s fixable... i'm getting a bimax in like prolly a year or so , pls give me advices, i know it can help but idk if i should specifie like angle with the surgeon... also idk how much i should expect from it

i would be more worried about your lower third, negative canthal tilt, hair, lips to nose ratio, ipd, jaw assyetry, and your ears sticking out
