Help with side profie

Im currently doing Orthodontics to because I had a slight over bite and recessed maxilla. I got given reverse headgear, an expander and carriers I think its called, its elastics that go across my top and bottom teeth on both sides. Im also going to get braces in a few months. My problem is I don’t really have a underbite anymore but I don’t think much has changed with my maxilla its just looks like I have a recessed chin as-well now, should I be worried or is this just part of the process? My face looks really flat and it feels humiliating

Sorry man I probably should have let me know if this is a bad photo and you need a better one. My chin isn’t super recessed yet but it’s happening rather quickly which is scaring me. Also I know I need to lose weight Im doing that Im already down a 10kg

Yeah do that headgear shit and the elastics bleh bleh get a genioplasty or chin fillers after
