Hey im 18 years old about 183-185 cm tall (im not so sure about that) i weight about 91 kg my face is very unsymetrical and my skin is not looking great. I am going to start Muay Thai in about 1-2 Months and my question is what can i do to improve my skin and should i go to the gym while doing Muay Thai?
 
Yes! It never hurts to go to the gym. For Muay Thai I would do cardio with durability training. I'd cut down to 180lbs (80kg) (unless you are very muscular) to be lighter and that should also help your face (at least from my experience). To fix the unsymmetrical face, chew on both sides of the teeth and sleep on your back. For skin, try doing skincare and a good diet.
