hgh - 0,175iu per kg and 0.25 mg anastrozole // 5 days taking 2 days off
0,25 - 0,5 - 1 mg increase of ai every 2 weeks
Inject hgh in stomach area before sleep subcutaneously

Igf check every 4-6 weeks, aim for slightly above upper third of age based referenced range

E2 - every 2-3 week after starting anastrozole Between 40-60 pg/ml

Fasting glucose - every 2 weeks <5,6mmol/l

Hba1c - every 3 months

You can start with 1iu for example. And then every 4 weeks bump it up by 1

I’ve only ever seen people do 8ius maxx.
