Would you guys say that drinking Tea is a good habit at least when it comes to softmaxxing? I try to drink at least a cup of antioxidant tea each day.
I feel like it's probably on the same level of obvious as eating a healthy diet or staying hydrated, but I remember hearing that antioxidants can help against the same cellular breakdowns that contribute to aging(?)

You take yours with milk?
Usually I just add milk to mine. It helps cool it and I feel it helps equalize the flavors in some more bitter types like Orange Pekoe.

I don't add sugar though, my dad always tells me sugar is the enemy.
But not using sugar also just makes it so when I do have something slightly sweeter I can enjoy it more due to not constantly in taking sugar all the time (I drink tea a lot)

Sweat tea is infinitely better, even though too much sugar is bad for your skin

Look, to cut you some slack, I myself will sometimes add like, half a tablespoon of sugar to some blends of tea. Like vanilla. Or that ottoman one.
But other than that I try to cut off on sugar unless I'm doing strenuous activities like track & field or kickboxing practice, because I like my face being lean.

sometimes i have milk, it makes no difference to me though. i like to steep my tea at lower temperatures so i can use honey to sweeten it
sugar is the enemy? i think you’re the enemy @PingPong

Honey mixes better if the tea is cooler?
I didn't actually know that

i brew it at a lower temperature because it gives the tea a better flavour and dilute it further to around 40 degrees celcius so that raw honey retains its benefits (and flavour mainly)

Fuck I've been doing it wrong this whole time.
My parents have a special tap in our house that literally just pours boiling water.

And all I do is grab a teabag, put it in a mug/thermos, and then I pour a bunch of that boiling water into the thermos. Squeeze the lid onto it so the steam had nowhere to go (and it stays hot), and then I wait like 10 minutes, pour milk into it (or honey then milk, it depends), stir, and then it's DONE.🫩
