Would you guys say that drinking Tea is a good habit at least when it comes to softmaxxing? I try to drink at least a cup of antioxidant tea each day.
I feel like it's probably on the same level of obvious as eating a healthy diet or staying hydrated, but I remember hearing that antioxidants can help against the same cellular breakdowns that contribute to aging(?)

You take yours with milk?
Usually I just add milk to mine. It helps cool it and I feel it helps equalize the flavors in some more bitter types like Orange Pekoe.

I don't add sugar though, my dad always tells me sugar is the enemy.
But not using sugar also just makes it so when I do have something slightly sweeter I can enjoy it more due to not constantly in taking sugar all the time (I drink tea a lot)
