Discussion "Hollow" maxilla

I think all my maxillary bone mass is dispersed in width rather then "thickness" , which is kinda interesting
This "hollowness" caused my infras to be weak maybe even my paranasal area
What do you think

Yeah , my orbitals are square but the infraorbital bone is just too thin . Why ?

Try thumbpulling, might be cope but try it out!!

Maxilla is a bit recessed. Ideal is around 45 degrees.

Yeah I know small pressure on ur maxilla won’t change anything, palette expander will do a much better job, but maybe try out the cope methods and see and experiment ig

Yeah I recently started getting into it , it feels good for some reason. Maybe it's releasing tension form the sutures

Yea I think the camera being too low affected the measurement.
