How can i ascend? Please help me ive been into this for 3 years now but honestly idk what to do

I used to be like 4"9 shortest in ma grp and weighed like 30kgs now I'm 60kgs and 5"10 also I had severe acne which I fixed I also used to be fat but I'm lean now. This is my picture from 2 years ago lol

If you were even a little Knowledgeable you'd know that the growth of 5-6 inches per year is exceptional and yes I'm from India it doesn't change the fact that I live in a state with aqi less than 30,have a life and have an official verified iq of 157 tested by (WISC-V) which if you don't know(ofc you don't low iq ahhh) is the most trusted source of intelligence testing in the whole World so don't even larp about education system. I don't see no scientists from Europe y'all are busy doing NOTHING while every job which requires even a bit intelligence is always an INDIAN and an ASIAN.grow up r****d ass mf you ain't winnin nothing by just being racist low iq ass r****d ahhh w no life.

Right so if India has so many scientists who are making significant contributions, why does Europe have 100x more STEM Nobel prizes than India? And only one STEM Nobel prize in the last 20 years? Whereas Europe has 70?

Nahh I had a lot of acne and I was very short. I didn't facemax tbh because all I was focusing on was my height since I was very short, I'm bloated rn too I'll for sure take your advice and work on my under eyes and cut out fat. Thanks for the advice!

Tbh i didn't exactly focus on my face, I just fixed my acne and grew my height alot. I did it because I could ascend later too but height is a very huge factor and only grows once in a lifetime. Anyways here's a video of EXACTLY how I look

Nobel prizes are not a clean measure of how scientifically capable a country or population is.
Nobel Prizes are awarded to individuals, not countries' entire scientific output. A discovery can involve thousands of researchers, engineers and institutions without producing a Nobel laureate.

also "Europe" is a misleading comparison. You're comparing a continent containing dozens of wealthy, historically industrialized countries with one developing country.
Even if Europe has vastly more STEM Nobel laureates, that does not logically demonstrate that Indians are less capable of doing science.

I never said that Indians weren’t capable of science nor do I believe that. My point was to
Rebut his idiotic claim that Europeans make no significant contributions to science, and everything “that involves a brain” comes from India/asia.

I suppose it would’ve been more fair to compare Europe to Asia, but even if we do that Europe still has vastly more Nobel laureates.
