lower bf% to like 12%. don't go too low, since u don't have the structural support facially. if u have the bones for it then it will show, otherwise not. (u probably don't from what you've said here tbh)

you probably can still achieve hollow cheeks but that description of your midface doesnt really tell me much about the lateral projection of your zygos
