Are you doing full tmj massages like everyday? I have the same issue butttt I think I just need more consistency and give it time. I already have seen a huge symmetry increase tho.

nah im not rn might try it if training the other side of my jaw more doesn’t work

you should massage your masseters 15 minutes every day for 2 weeks and see the changes.

massaging the masseters helps a lot to correct asymmetries in general because it relieves the muscle not only of the jaw but also of the whole face.
