I was thinking about that since my mom is an dentist (I forgot her specialty) i mentioned her lefort 1 and she said that maybe at 18 if I dont improve

I have a recesses mandible aswell since they removed my premolars when I was five bc my mom was too lazy to check on me she just sent me with a money hungry dentist that removed my premolars recessed my mandible and called it a day

frontal pushing, you have to push the upper part of your frontal bone to give it a more positive look
