The sauna is good for sweating out water weight and so is working out in general to debloat
Look at vmogsu, you can also be leaner

Yeah man, you're just boneless. Go get a job and blast AAS, get surgery when you have the money if you're not satisfied. If you're tall it's not over, but if you're average or below it's over.
