How can I improve my eyebrows

Should I dye them? Maybe use an oil to make them thicker? Lmk

Yes, dye them, use oil, use something to either decrease androgen like letrozole, and micro needling

Should I wait for them to grow from the oil before dyeing?
 
grow them out with castor/rosemary oil + dermaroller
once theyre grown dye them a shade or two darker
