Should I dye them? Maybe use an oil to make them thicker? Lmk

Yes, dye them, use oil, use something to either decrease androgen like letrozole, and micro needling
 
grow them out with castor/rosemary oil + dermaroller
once theyre grown dye them a shade or two darker
