I can’t keep eating I’m tired what can I do to maintain it properly?
Yes I do eat healthy and I do eat my proteins and I do go to the gym
But, like…is there a trick I’m missing? Advice Me here because this feels like a full-time job and I need a cheat code.

Quit rice and noodles and other things—eat raw eggs and milk instead

Chicken 4/7 , beef 1/7
Fruits and veggies every day
Rice or noodles
And other things
1/ Women cravings comes from the microbiota, there are 2 hormones produced in a positive environnement who increase satiety
2/ Have a blood panel for T3 & T4 ?
3/ Did you eat sugar ?

Unbelievably solid advice btw

Reminder that my blood panel is perfect eating no fruits or vegetables

Only meat, eggs and dairy, lost bodyfat too.

Though I implore women to have meat, eggs, dairy and fruit because they may have more sugar cravings.

Yes I do but not exzessiv amounts

he is trying to maintain is weight, protein will fill you up. he needs high calory density foods and eggs will not help him, use olive oil in everything and i would say replace rice with sweet potato
