Discussion How can I loose weight and debloat in a healthy and effective way?

I stopped eating sugar, I drink ish 2 liters of water a day, I eat a lot of potassium, I walk 17 000 steps a day or more, 1200 calories a day and I'm at the gym once a week. Anything else that will work faster? Like drastically change my weight?

When I was in a different calorie deficit (700 calories) I went from 66 kg to 61 kg, then I was stuck on 61 kg for two months, even tho I was still in the same calorie deficit. Then I stopped counting calories and I went up to 68 kg, then I stopped eating sugar and started drinking more water, went from 68 kg to 57 kg in ish 3 weeks. Now I'm 56 kg. How can I loose faster? I am tired of being chubby
