How can i make my ears smaller?

Ever since I was young, my ears have always stuck out. Ive heard all the names in the book, and am tired of it, they recently have started to not look as bad as the rest of my body has caught up in growth, but they still stick out a lot. What should I do?

Ears are made of a type of skin that stand up in a way your genetics are laced to it’s the back of your ears that make it pucker out, there is a surgery where they remove that skin in the back and make your ears to your desired look but no there is no earmaxxing only surgery will do it
