I have a problem that my face is puffy and bloated, despite the fact that I was skinny all my life. Today I am jacked, but still have really puffy and bloated face. I tried to not consume salt, put ice on my face and other methods but it didn't really help. I am around 16-17 percent bf, maybe that's the prbolem? Should I lower my bodyfat and do cardio everyday with calorie deficit?
