Serious How can I stop binging

I keep cutting but then undo all my progress by binging and just lose all my motivation
honestly the way your cutting might actually be what’s causing the binges. like when you eat too little your body eventually tries to make up for it, so you end up binging and it feels like you ruined your progress. its a really common cycle. lowkey just eating normally can help break the cycle or if you wanna still lose weight just dont restrict your food intake too much because thats what causes the binging and just doesnt help you lose weight.
 
do you actually need to cut, or do you just feel like you do? if you are overweight/have a really high bf% then it should be kinda easy. otherwise, cutting is just willpower, you can use things like retatrutide for help if you'd like. maybe you could try eating 1-2 larger meals a day, since its easier to regulate hunger that way.

I have alot of body fat on my face and not on my body that's why im cutting in the first place
