How can i thicken my under-eye skin?

I'm searching for any topical to thicken my under-eye skin, as it is super thin, hence deoxygenated blood and vessels are visible.
ive tried estriol already, it didnt work
tried retinol
tried tret
tried volufiline (haha)

so far nothing has worked

Ive acquired estradiol 0.06%, and im thinking of diluting it with a moisturiser to halve the potency
only issue being that it is alcohol based gel, which obviously risks irritating my skin and causing more harm
also slight systemic risks i suppose
however, this seems like the only option currently

any thoughts or suggestions? thanks
