How do frat dudes exist

My dorm is right across from a frat. I see them 24/7 blasting music while sitting on their porch. I always see them doing that. Like dont they have classes? No matter what time they are there blasting music and trying to recruit people walking by.

Also a lot of the frat dudes are super dumb and annoying. I can tell who is in a frat just based on the way they talk.
