i'm assuming your young, most of your problems can't be resolved non-surgically so there's not really anything you can do now, I'd say high ltb rating wise

crazy nose protrusion, lower 3rd is extremely bad, looks underbite go check it out. Once lower 3rd's fixed, mid-face shouldn't look as bad. also take a mirror picture. Get rid of most distortion for now.

i'm 17 saving money for surgeries since I was 16 just tell me now so I can look into doctors cost etc im already getting a nose job for a slimmer nose & to reduce collumela showing

align your teeth w/ jaw posture & trim your eyebrows down to a reasonable shape

all camera lenses have distortion, taking a pic fo your face in a mirror doubles the distance so the sensor is closer to the width of the region of light its picking up
