Serious How do I avoid these shitty enchantment sticks side quests?

Every time I’m out trying to farm XP and Currency points I keep getting these random non skippable side quests

Idk who’s idea it was to add this new patch but hobo NPCs asking for health draining enchanted sticks and in game currency to “fast travel on train” even tho Ik they’re gonna use it to buy enchanted white dust or something is just crazy

Patch this server already

Tbh I also been noticing some players are server hopping and speaking other server languages which just makes the side quests even harder cause you don’t know what the dialogue means

But in the end its okay because we have a hidden quest to kill the players who chose worse skins (brown skins) so we will murder them all viciously
