Never use CeraVe, such a cheap ass company, made my skin like 10x worse. Use La Roche products, they're more money but they're actually decent.

idk if you pick your skin so this could be like useless info for you, but if you do I had acne for two years straight really badly on my forehead and when I completely stopped picking at my face it literally cleared up within two weeks
