Serious How do i debloat my face like actually

The main factor is just having a low bodyfat percentage but these other tips have also helped me
-drink alot of water, my method for doing this is using the gatorade squeezer bottle because if you drink a full one 5 times a day that makes a gallon and its fun to drink from.
-be very careful about sugar consumption
-drink coconut water because of the potassium (naturally debloats) but make sure there isn't copious amounts of sugar added
-use some kind of gua sha or face roller
-go to the gym or exercise in some way
