do NOT eat more fiberEat less but keep yourself satiated. Eat less don't mean below 1,000 calories.
Eat more fibre and protein. Make sure you get all nutrients. Sleep well and stress less cuz sleep and mood affects leptin levels.
Or maybe start intermittent fasting. Eat in 8 hour window. If you don't move, no use of diet

Very nuanced, there's no applicable reason as to why you'd need fiber in your diet, which by itself is an anti-nutrient by definition.
